A reservation can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the date
of arrival 18 hour.
A time of cancellation lower than 48 hours, a reservation not
cancelled or nona presentation of your share, gives place to
invoicing of the first night by room at the price indicated
on the reservation.
For reservations of more than 3 rooms we ask for a deposit of 30% payable upon reservation.And, for reservations of 3 nights + we take a deposit of one night.
We can demand payment of the total price of booking agreed, if the customer leaves the hotel on its own initiative before the scheduled date.
The deposit shall be forfeited to the hotelier if the client cancel
